PRODUCTION TIME:
As soon as you order, I get to work! Most orders take 2-3 weeks to complete and ship US Postal Service or UPS Ground. If I can complete your order faster, I certainly will. After you place your order, you’ll get an automatic confirmation. Then, within 2 business days, you’ll receive an email confirming the completion/ship date.
Why does it take 2-3 weeks, you wonder? That’s easy. I like to offer a wide range of color collections and sizes, including the ability to request custom colors. As a small business owner/artist, it would be nearly impossible, not to mention too expensive, to keep inventory that anticipates every request.
If you’re ordering for a special occasion, please let me know and I’ll make every effort to accommodate your deadline or let you know what I do have in stock.
SHIPPING NOTE:
I wish I could offer free shipping like the big box stores, but I can’t. I charge a flat $10 fee to ship in the continental U.S. for standard shipping. I know it’s a bummer, but I hope that getting a beautiful, one-of-a-kind function art piece makes up for it.
